Dachshunds, often nicknamed “wiener dogs” because of their long bodies and short legs, were originally bred in Germany over 300 years ago to hunt badgers! Their name even means “badger dog” in German—dachs for badger and hund for dog. These little dogs may look cute and comical, but they’re brave, determined, and full of personality. With their super sniffing skills (one of the best noses in the dog world!) and loud bark, they make excellent watchdogs too. Dachshunds come in smooth, long, or wire-haired coats and in a wide range of colors, including black and tan, chocolate, red, and dapple. Despite their small size, they have big hearts and an even bigger attitude!

The organic staple t-shirt is a regular-fit, eco-friendly t-shirt with a crew neck. The fabric is 100% combed organic cotton. All materials are produced without the use of pesticides or herbicides. The neck is ribbed for improved durability. There is tape running along the shoulder line for improved fitting and reduced bunching. All hems are double needled. These organic t-shirts are preshrunk.
