The regent bowerbird is one of Australia’s most striking rainforest birds, with adult males sporting brilliant golden-yellow and black plumage that stands out against the forest canopy. Found in the rainforests of eastern Australia, these birds are famous for the elaborate bowers built by males to attract a mate. Twigs are carefully arranged into an avenue, then decorated with berries, shells and other colourful treasures in a bid to impress visiting females. Protecting rainforest habitat is essential for their future, and organisations like Australian Rainforest Conservation Society work to support the preservation of these unique ecosystems. If there were awards for over-the-top romantic gestures in the animal kingdom, the regent bowerbird would be a strong contender.

Care- for maximum print life:
- Turn inside out: Always invert your shirt before putting it in the wash to reduce friction against the Direct-to-Garment (DTG) ink.
- Cold & gentle: Wash the garment on a cold cycle (under 30°C) on your machine's gentlest setting.
- Mild detergent only: Use standard, mild washing powder. Avoid heavy-duty detergents, enzymes, and bleaching agents (even non-chlorine ones, if possible).
- No softeners: Do not use fabric softeners, as these can strip or degrade the coloured inks.
