Mostly insectivorous, they’ll also snack on small vertebrates, using lightning-quick reflexes to snatch prey. Despite the dramatic display, frillies are quite camera-shy and prefer to vanish into the scrub—unless you’re lucky enough to catch a peek at their prehistoric party trick!
