The sulphur-crested cockatoo is one of Australia’s most iconic — and loudest — birds, instantly recognisable by its brilliant white feathers and dramatic yellow crest. Found across much of the country, these highly intelligent parrots are known for their curiosity, problem-solving skills and absolute confidence in taking over backyards, parks and anything left unattended. They feed on seeds, nuts and roots, often in noisy flocks that are impossible to ignore. Care- for maximum print life:
- Turn inside out: Always invert your shirt before putting it in the wash to reduce friction against the Direct-to-Garment (DTG) ink.
- Cold & gentle: Wash the garment on a cold cycle (under 30°C) on your machine's gentlest setting.
- Mild detergent only: Use standard, mild washing powder. Avoid heavy-duty detergents, enzymes, and bleaching agents (even non-chlorine ones, if possible).
- No softeners: Do not use fabric softeners, as these can strip or degrade the coloured inks.
